通過(guò)海綿輥著(zhù)色后的木材，經(jīng)本機能使木材表面凹進(jìn)去的毛孔著(zhù)色均勻，使木材表面的木紋更清晰、層次感更分明。

設備關(guān)鍵部件毛刷根據使用要求，設計成可快速拆裝形式，由軌道滑出，使換裝毛刷方便快捷，方便清洗。

毛刷、輸送二部分由二組各自獨立的控制機構控制，控制機構由電機、減速機、變頻器構成，因此精密度高，穩定性好，調節更靈活。

可選配人機界面、精密自動(dòng)升降等自動(dòng)化配置。

使用本機進(jìn)行擦色可實(shí)現自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，提高生產(chǎn)效率，節省人工成本。

機型適用 Application

家具、木門(mén)、地板、木板材、MDF板、無(wú)機材料板等各種平面板材通過(guò)海綿輥著(zhù)色后，再通過(guò)本機對板材表面進(jìn)行擦色。
